Team Building at the Harvard House

Have your next strategy session or team meeting at the beautiful Harvard House set on 15 acres of serene land in Waltham, just outside of Boston and close to everything. Ideal for groups of up to 10 or 15 people, this tranquil setting is perfect for bringing your team together. Team members can stay overnight at the Harvard House or at one of the many nearby hotels.

Great venue for an offsite meeting for our consulting team. Harvard House perfectly fulfilled the description of a “boutique conference center”. A great ‘retreat’ with the time and space to really think.

A unique alternative to you typical hotel conference room

A recent Stanford study revealed that face-to-face team building is significantly more effective in promoting personal relationships, trust, and authentic communication. It also found that in-person collaboration resulted in 30% more creative ideas and better-quality outcomes.

Five Reasons for a Team-Building Session

• Build a Shared Vision and Strategy
• Define Your Company Culture
• Enhance Collaboration and Communication
• Resolve Conflicts and Strengthen Relationships
• Boost Morale and Motivation

A great private spot for a team meeting. We had 6 out of town guests who slept over, plus 5 locals who came daily. Cooking meals together and playing bocce on the lawn during breaks was a great team-building exercise and really enhanced our ability to think and work together on a new initative we were soon going to launch.

Enhance human connectivity, light creative sparks

Harvard House is a unique alternative to your typical hotel conference room.  It is a friendly, informal, natural meeting environment that lends itself to people on your team making human connections and breaking down barriers while inspiring creativity and inventiveness.

We hosted a team offsite at Harvard House and it was a perfect setting for our 13-person event. The overnight option meant our out of town colleagues had a place to stay. The setting is quiet and felt private and secluded yet very convenient to everything.

Our leadership team had a wonderful experience at the Harvard House for 3 days. We appreciated the outdoor space, especially the covered front porch. The kitchen is well-appointed and the beds super comfortable. Lots of room for parking.
